1. How it works?

Just simply pick the product(s) you like, leave a message to us on how you'd like to personalize them before you checkout. 

2. How long will the delivery takes & delivery charges?

Our standard delivery time for Peninsular Malaysia is within 6 - 8 business days of and East Malaysia is within 7 - 10 business days upon payment received. 

3. How to ensure my box arrives in good condition?

Our boxes are all hardcover and we add an additional layer of bubble wrap to ensure the box is well protected before hand it over for delivery.

4. What should I do if  I received is faulty or incorrect item?

If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace the item for you immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to [email protected] and we will exchange your item for a new one instantly. 

 5. Would the stitching on the embroidery be uncomfortable for my child to wear?

Don't worry.  All our embroidery rompers have a soft patch added behind the stitching for your child's comfort.
